Tara Plantation was developed from 1979 to 1984. The community consists of 201 single family home sites. This community was designed with the influence of the Old South with various Victorian and Georgian Homes. The main spine road is in the shape of an oval with cul de sacs branching off this collector. This community is located off Cheek Sparger and Bedford Road in Colleyville. This community is located in the HEB school district. Homes ranged from $125,000 to $400,000 when developed. Typical lots were 1/3 to 3/4 acres.
The Villages of Woodland Hills: developed from 1984 to 1992. The community consists of a series of villages. There are two gated million dollar plus homes villages on two cul de sacs that backs up to their own private lake. There are three gated garden home villages with the center of the community. There are three ponds, 65 acres of open space with walking trails and park areas. There are 467 homes on 300 acres. This community is in Colleyville and located between Cheek Sparger and Glade Road with Martin Parkway as the main collector. This community is served by the Garpevine/Colleyville ISD. Typical lots were 10,000 sq ft, 15,000 sq ft, and 1 to 5 acres in the gated million dollar home area. Homes ranged from $225,000 to $1,500,000.
The Hills of Monticello was developed from 1988 to 1995. The community is in both Colleyville and Southlake with the Big Bear Creek tributary separating the cities. It located at intersection of John McCain Road and Monticello Parkway in Colleyville and at the corner of White Chapel Road and Continental Road in Southlake. There are three ponds on the Colleyville side and one large pond on the Southlake side. The community has two miles of walking trails along the wooded Big Bear Creek, two double tennis courts, a basketball court and a children’s play area with 65 acres of open space. Silverwood was developed from 1999 to 2003. The community is located in the City of Bedford off Cheek Sparger Road, one half mile west of Hwy 121. This community was our first gated garden home community. There are two ponds with a walking path around them. There are 88 lots with five acres of open space. The homes were built by David Weekley Homes and Drees Homes. This community is served by the HEB ISD. Typical lot size was 50 by 100 feet or 5,000 square feet. Homes ranged in price from $225,000 to $325,000 when developed.
Wildwood In Keller is another Larry Cole community and features many amenities including a Cabana, Pool, Jogging / Biking Trails, a Sports Court, Childrens Play area and 4 beautiful ponds!
