Larry Cole Communities has set the new standard for residential communities in Northeast Tarrant County.

Beginning in 1978, Tara Plantation was developed with a landmark covered bridge and a mile walking and jogging paths. In 1983, The Villages of Woodland Hills was built with 450 homesites, two large ponds, gated neighborhoods and plenty open space. The Hills of Monticello was developed in the late 80’s and early 90’s. In 1996, Larry Cole joined forces with Jim Johnson and developed the prime neighborhoods of Remington Park, Wildwood, Silverwood, Tiffany Park, and Emerald Park introducing cabanas, neighborhood pools, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Most of these neighborhoods are built using experienced custom home builders.

Currently we have three new communities, Parkview Estates with large lots in the low density areas of North Keller. We also have a villa community primarily for empty nesters in the heart of Keller called Silver Lake, a 72 lot gated community.
For those families looking for a more semi rural environment Larry Communities has entered the southern Wise County Market with the introduction of Highland Oaks, a 365 lot master planned gated community with community cabana, swimming pool, ponds and plenty of open space. Phase I has 65 one third to half lots with home prices you can afford.
